What this site is
Verazondra publishes independent guides about casual puzzle games. It is an information site. It does not host games, does not run any game service, and has no connection to the companies that publish the games described here.
Information is provided as it is
Guides describe how games behaved when they were written and last checked, and every page carries that date. Games change: level design, event formats, prices and store data are all adjusted by their publishers without notice. We make no promise that a guide is complete or current at the moment you read it, and nothing here is advice about spending money.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, grant or transfer coins, gems, lives, boosters, accounts or any other in-game item, and we never ask you to pay us for one. The only paid item on this site is our own PDF handbook, covered in the ordering section below.
- We do not distribute game files, modified builds or tools that alter a game.
- We do not promise winnings, prizes, rewards or any financial outcome, because there are none to promise.
Anyone claiming to sell such things on our behalf is not connected with us.
Links to other sites
Download links point to official listings on Google Play and the App Store. Those services are operated by Google and Apple under their own terms, and any purchase you make there is a transaction with them, not with us. We are not responsible for the content or the policies of any site we link to.
Our own content
The text, layout, structure and original graphics on this site belong to the site owner. You may quote a short extract with a link back. Republishing whole guides, or using them to train an automated system that reproduces them, is not permitted without written permission.
Game names, logos and screenshots belong to their respective publishers and appear here for identification and commentary. See the legal notice.
Ordering the guide
What is sold. One item: The Cascade & Collect Handbook, a PDF written by the publisher of this site. Price A$12. Nothing else is for sale here, and no third-party product, subscription or in-game item is offered at any price.
The form is a request, not an order. Sending the form on the guide page starts the process; it does not create a contract and does not charge you. We reply by email within one business day with payment details and confirm what you are buying. The contract is formed when you receive that written confirmation and pay.
Payment happens off this site. No card details are collected here, no payment is processed here, and there is no checkout on any page. Payment is made by bank transfer using the details in our reply.
Delivery. The PDF is emailed to the address you give, within two business days of the payment clearing. If it has not arrived by then, write to [email protected] and we will resend it.
Refunds and your rights. Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply to this purchase and cannot be excluded. If the file is not delivered, cannot be opened, or is not what this page described, tell us and you will get a refund or a working copy, whichever you prefer. Because the guide is a digital file delivered in full, there is no change-of-mind refund once it has been sent, which is why the contents are listed in detail before you order.
Who you are buying from. An individual, Jack Wilson of Australia, selling occasionally rather than as a registered business. There is no ABN and no GST registration, so no tax invoice is issued; a plain receipt is sent on request. This is stated in the legal notice as well, because it should be easy to find.
Licence. The PDF is for your own use. You may print it and keep copies for yourself. Reselling it, uploading it or distributing it is not permitted.
Limits of responsibility
To the extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for loss arising from the use of this site, including decisions made on the basis of a guide. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
