Verazondra is a small independent site about casual puzzle games, written for players in Australia.
About the site
It started as a set of notes about why certain boards behave the way they do, and grew into four guides that are re-checked against the games and their store listings rather than written once and left. Every page shows when it was last checked. Where a guide says a game does something, that statement was verified in the game or on its official listing.
The site takes no position on whether you should spend money in a game. It explains how the mechanics work and points to the official listings, and that is deliberately the whole of it.
Getting in touch
Email [email protected]. The only form on this site is the order form on the handbook page; there is no newsletter and no account system. Write with:
- a correction, if something on a page is wrong or out of date,
- a question about a mechanic covered in a guide,
- a copyright or trademark matter, which is also covered in the legal notice,
- a privacy request under the privacy policy.
We read everything and answer what we can, normally within a few days.
What we cannot help with
- Game accounts. We have no access to any account, in any game. Lost progress goes to the game's own support channel from inside the game.
- Purchases and refunds. Money paid inside a game goes to Google or Apple. Refund requests go through the store that took the payment; Australian consumer guarantees apply to those transactions.
- Game items. We cannot give out lives, coins, gems or boosters, and we do not sell them. The one thing sold here is our own PDF handbook.
Who writes this
The guides are written and edited by the site owner, Jack Wilson, based in Australia. Publisher details are in the legal notice.
